How To Make a Payment

Customer Portal

All Southern Federal customers can access their accounts by visiting MySoFed.com. Customers may use their account portal to make a payment, update preferences, view usage data, download past bills, and more.

Secure Automated Phone Payment

Southern Federal has a secure and automated phone payment system that posts payments instantly to your account. This service is available 24/7 and can be reached by dialing (toll-free) 1 (844) 644-0474 and selecting option number 3.

By Customer Care

Our Customer Care center is open from Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. We are closed on weekends and national holidays.

By Check via USPS

Please include the account number, service address, and the primary account holder’s name.

Please Note: If you are paying by check, it may take up to 5 business days to receive and process your payment. If your account is past due, you may incur additional fees and your electricity may be disconnected.
