How To Make a Payment
Customer Portal
All Southern Federal customers can access their accounts by visiting MySoFed.com. Customers may use their account portal to make a payment, update preferences, view usage data, download past bills, and more.
Secure Automated Phone Payment
Southern Federal has a secure and automated phone payment system that posts payments instantly to your account. This service is available 24/7 and can be reached by dialing (toll-free) 1 (844) 644-0474 and selecting option number 3.

Our Customer Care center is open from Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. We are closed on weekends and national holidays.

Please include the account number, service address, and the primary account holder’s name.

If your account is past due, you may incur additional fees and your electricity may be disconnected.
