Due to ERCOT’s planned market-wide system maintenance, we will be unable to process new service requests for Friday, November 8th, 2024. This includes requests for move-ins or switching providers. This system maintenance will not affect current customers or access to customer portals.
To start service before or after the maintenance, please select a start date of either Thursday, November 7th, or Monday, November 11th.
