Must be an active Southern Federal Power customer to qualify for the Southern Federal Usage Challenge. Southern Federal Power will issue a bill credit if the meter usage for the account does not exceed usage of the target outlined by Southern Federal Power. All credit issued will be in the form of a bill credit that can be found in the billing details on the customer's monthly billing statement within sixty (60) days of the period completion date. Depending on your account status with Southern Federal Power at the time of issuance of bill credits, Southern Federal Power reserves the right to substitute the method of payout. In the event of rotating outages or other events beyond our control that may alter a customer's usage, Southern Federal reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion and customer eligibility.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUTAGES AND ELIGIBILITY In the event of rotating outages, weather related outages, or other events beyond our control that may alter a customer's usage, Southern Federal reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion. Southern Federal will solely determine each customer's eligibility by using usage data from meter reporting provided by multiple sources. Southern Federal reserves the right to adjust any payout in the event of service loss attributed to events beyond our control. Southern Federal DOES NOT determine and can not directly address the service reliability of any customer.
