You are on this page because Southern Federal has requested that you upload proof of your move-out. This request likely came from a Customer Service agent.

Types of Documents
We only accept three types of documents as proof:

  1. Move-In Documents
  2. New Rental Lease Agreements
  3. Bill of Sale (if you have sold your house)

How to Upload Your Documents

There are 3 steps to complete your submission.

  1. Complete the form below.
  2. Upload your move-out document. We only require a single page that shows your name and your new address. Documents can be in either JPEG or PDF format.
  3. Once completed, submit the form below and proceed with the identity verification process.

Important Notes:

  • Document Formats: Only JPEG and PDF files are accepted. Please ensure your documents are saved in one of these formats before uploading.
  • File Size: Ensure each file does not exceed the maximum allowed file size as indicated on the upload form.

All documents will be reviewed  and it will be at the sole discretion of Southern Federal Power, LLC to determine the eligibility of the document(s) submitted and we may request follow-up for additional  documents before completing any request. You understand it is not the responsibility of Southern Federal Power, LLC for delayed requested service-start dates or denial for the removal of Early Termination Fees if the documents submitted are missing, delayed, inaccurate, or otherwise not in an acceptable format needed to complete the request.

Documents submitted Monday-Friday before 2pm CST will be typically processed the same day. Submissions outside these hours, weekends, and holidays are reviewed the next business day.
